It intrigues us when OK! Magazine describes a piece of music as “sleazy fun”. For a publication that revels in the lives of footballers WAGS and exchanges piles of cash for snaps from tacky weddings, 'sleazy fun' must run along the lines of some eye watering action. But the sleaziest this slice of robotic pop gets is the fact that it brings back memories of suspender-clad men in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. The electrified vocals of two girls and one guy sound like a chilling modern day duet between Riff Raff and Columbia in a poor albeit late bid to get in on that roughed up pop trend. The b-side ‘Strange Reaction’ is slightly better, but still a bit, well, creepy with its 5am Dread Mix bringing on one hell of a bleep fest, which will probably score high with the neon army right before their comedown kicks in. Paw Paw may not cut it with this one, but will no doubt generate themselves a tidy cult following.
