Claiming that this isn’t your average band with skinny jeans and rock n’roll aspirations, instead being one with tweed jackets, golf visors and widely-ranged musical influences, you could get a little bit interested. The Young Knives version 2.0 anybody? Oh no wait, ‘Happy Hour’ sounds like Frodo Baggins and his buddies ‘rocking out’ embarrassingly. Shame. Talented musicians indeed, and it’s great that they’ve tried to avoid the conventions of the indie-kid sound/dress style that’s becoming boring. Plus, B-side ‘Save The World’ is less odd but more appealing, but only highlighting the fact that Palladium are probably trying far too hard to be different.

- What a bollox review. They are the best band I have ever seen and will reinvent the British music seen as we know it. Thank god someone is darring to be great! Palladium rule!!

If you could spell ’scene’ properly, maybe I’d take your point into account a little more but it almost sounds like you’ve been hired to insult the review.
- Dear Jamie Milton,
Have you ever actually listened to music before? This band will do great things for your ears. Not only are they some of the best musicians of their age, (and I’d dare say in the industry) their songs are as catchy as hell and they give an incredibly infectious live show, and to top all that off, their tighter than a nun’s wotsit. This band is what the world has been crying out for for ages, and they WILL make it BIG!!

Ok well that has basically confirmed that you’ve been hired to say all of this. Street teamers? Congratulations.
If you actually look at my profile you would see that I thrive off music that is gutsy. So forgive me, but I do not think this is gutsy nor much good.
- jamie, do you really think that Palladium or Virgin need to hire people to insult their bad reviews? soon enough the push will be made and you wont be able to get away from Palladium and their music. Then the people will be able to make up their own minds. Those people who actually have some clue what real music is about and respect great artists for their musical talent and charisma and haven’t yet had their minds warped by ****ing NME shit will be those making Palladium a household name.
