While listening to Paolo Nutini's new single 'New Shoes' you can't help thinking he's a View fan. After all it has been a while since we've seen old Paolo in the top ten or graced the Radio 1 playlist, so maybe he thought he'd jump on the wagon by releasing his song about clothing items. 'New Shoes' is even structured to the point where you can picture little Paolo walking around in his lovely new shoes, possibly with his mum, singing this song. Cue a musical video and you're almost in the Wizard of Oz, except Dorothy at least had the manners to comb her hair first.
