Unashamed American college rock is the name of the game here and if you can handle three minutes of regurgitated Green Day esque guitar and vocal with a slightly heavier and self styled serious edge, then Billy Talent’s latest offering ‘Fallen Leaves’ is the track to hold your frat party shenanigans to. Resoundingly repetitive and annoyingly pedestrian in content, there’s too little substance or development to hold any respectable attention span. On the plus side it is fast flowing and high octane enough to see you through a few kegs of foamy beer before you throw up all over your parents finest shag pile.
