More iForward Russia!

Without wasting too much time, the mighty iForward Russia! have created a beast of a single preceding their forthcoming as-yet untitled and unfinished album. With 'Don't Be A Doctor' we hear some major growth with the band, while still staying true to their post-hardcore essence. Instead of jumping straight into spastic synth riffs and off-the-wall guitar chords, it starts off with two minutes of melody comprised of vocalist Tom Woodhead soothingly singing to the backing of drums and guitar slowly building up what becomes an epic masterpiece of a seven and a half minute song. Ever changing and never constant, it doesn't give the listener a chance to really "get used" to it or where it's going (this can be both a good and bad thing). Perhaps the most brilliant moment in the tune is about five minutes in when a three-part vocal harmony provides the song's climax. A classic track that you'll love more and more with every listen.
