With the release of his new studio album 'Tha Blue Carpet Treatment', Snoop Dogg drops the first single 'That's That' featuring R. Kelly on the hook and production from Nottz. Clearly moving away from the Neptunes-fest of his last couple of albums, Snoop seems as confident as he has in years as he brings his own distinct style of braggadocio raps to the rolling west coast rhythm of the track, 'Let's get this party jumping, me and Kel gone get it bumping, humping like when it's over we all gonna get into somethin'. The undertone of the single revolves around Snoop and Kelly's tales of 'bitches and parties' which might not excite fans as much as the gangsta tales of his earlier sets but there's definitely enough of the Doggfather's undeniable lyrical quality shining through to enjoy the track and look forward to the new album.
