Back with their follow up to 2004’s ‘Stealing Of A Nation’, Radio 4 are on the rebound. Their current listening diet of Brian Eno and Talking Heads shine through on this angular slice of indie disco. Borrowing a few basslines from Gang of Four on the way ‘Packing Things Up On The Scene' will definitely shake things up on the dancefloor. In the absence of new things from the like of LCD Soundsystem and Tom Vek this fills a welcome void for those who like their electro with an aloof, punky edge.
