Gentle and naïve without being too gooey, rough edged without being aggressive they strike the perfect balance. Taking their experimentation to new levels with electronic synth smash up ‘Candlelighted’, where the touch of Primal Scream producer Brendan Lynch is most notable. As their spiking guitars climb higher and higher and fade out into a murmur of computer noise, magnificent.
