As mad as a box of frogs. Beatle tinged harmonies four steps away from the Mystery Tour. The Aliens take us somewhere different. Not quite another planet or Fife where they actually hail from. Not quite what you’d expect to raise from the ashes of the Beta Band. Or are they? Gordon Anderson, sounds just on the right side of eccentric as the hand claps and vibrant musicianship of his band members make this an aural explosion  of influences that takes you on a rollercoaster ride through the Summer Of Love to Brian Wilson. And Robin Jones still looks like a slice of Scottish goodness. Bonus.
