Iain Archer - 'When It Kicks In' (PIAS) Released 11/09/06

Iain Archer has taken focus on important issues and this is no more prominent than on his new single ‘When it Kicks in’ which covers the issue of terrorist violence in Northern Ireland.  The release date, September 11, merely presses home the importance of political coverage in today’s music scene.  You may be confused then that after that introduction this is a pure pop track with edgy guitar and a big catchy chorus.  The fact he’s crammed intelligence and meaning into a 3 minute pop song makes this single even more impressive.
