Vega4 - ‘You and Me’ (Columbia) Released 14/08/06

Hotly tipped Jacknife Lee collaborators Vega 4 unleash their new single ‘You and Me’ onto the public radar. Infectious, hook laden and upbeat, the track captures the distinctive sound of Vega 4 providing an incredible mix of driving guitars, strong vocals and joyous sentiment. Ultimately ‘You and Me’ falls into quite a grey area in that it is neither brilliant nor awful - it does nothing wrong but fails to light any fires of passion either. A promising band no doubt and we await their follow up keenly.
