There’s a distinctly chaotic feel to Adem’s new single. Innovation in music should always be appreciated but this feels over-cooked. Glocks, Bells and Cellos may have their own individual value to music but when mixed they create a slightly disorderly sound. The lyrics are satisfying continuing the space theme forwarded in his album ‘Love and Other Planets’ but in the cold light of day the track is overly repetitive and doesn’t seem to go far. While Adem wants us to follow him out to space you can’t help but feel this single is more a bus trip to Grimsby than an intergalactic flight.
