Apparently Betty Curse is the new face of Goth Pop, the poster girl of the dark side. As you might guess she is neither of these, she bears more resemblance to Avril Lavigne. No offence Avril. It would be nice to think that Betty Curse is a joke, a record company bet to see if people will buy anything, but it seems that she is being entirely serious. ‘Excuse All The Blood’ is two and a half minutes of faux gothica with enough ‘issue’ laden whining to make you want to rip your ears off rather than listen to a minute more. Utter utter rubbish, avoid at all costs.

this single is admittedly quite rubbish apart from the lyrics which are rather daring and funny if you listen to them
however, a while back on her myspace page there were some tracks that were ****ing excellent so hopefully there is better to come from betty
this single is just rubbish and sorry to say that, i cant see any connection to her listed hereos like edgar a. poe etc etc. there is no depth in the lyrics at all.
its just a girl with a good stylist and prob a group of people who promote betty curse well. it just shows how commercial the musi cindustry has become. sadly enough, that people dont even bother to write their own lyrics anymore.
to be honest, i quite liked excuse all the blood. very poppy, very ’american college rock’. i think it provides some light relief. yerrr so she is a bit of a wannabe. and i’m sure she will hated in no time. but for now i’m going to stand up for her. not half bad for a wannabe i say. 
Well to be honest i like her album and there’s no Resemblance to her ”hero’s” music because she’s made her music individual, she might have been influenced/inspired by people to get up and create her music, it doesnt have to sound like her ”hero’s” music for her to be a good musical artist, and i think she rocks!!!!!!!! And her voice is unique and she is wicked!! =D=D
