Sway - 'Products' (Dcypha) Released 22/05/06

Touted by many as the UK hip-hop scenes most precocious talent – despite this claim being very debatable, there’s little doubting that overall Sway has produced a slick-as-**** single with ‘Products.’ Okay the beats and grooves are chilled-out and fairly anodyne, the choruses glossy and radio-friendly, but the real draw is in the main man’s dextrous and erratic delivery. Rapping with a mock stammer, it’s the verses that really shine with Sway deftly narrating a tale about the underbelly of society. Standout version is the grimy and gyrating Die and Lean remix. Nice.
