Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the nightclub, Temposhark come tearing through the waves to give us a big Fischerspooner-sized bite on the botty. ‘Joy’ prances about, peacock-bold and hedonistic, a soundtrack to the decadence of the London electro scene. In spite of the horror of being sucked into ‘a black hole’ of joy, Rob Diment gives a flamboyant turn, before reaching for his copy of Oscar Wilde’s works (‘nothing is more serious than pleasure’, he chants) on the Princess Julia-aided menace of ‘Paris’. Good, old-fashioned camp fun; but about as fresh as Jaws III.
