Maybe it’s just us, but Gigwise couldn’t get the sound of the Auf Wiedersehn Pet theme tune out of our head’s whilst listening to Archie Bronson Outfit's 'Dead Funny'. If it reminded us of Joe Fagan’s seminal ‘That’s Living Alright’ then that would, of course, be a very good thing, but unfortunately Archie’s swamp-blues stomp is instead eerily reminiscent of Mark Knopfler’s effort for the frankly substandard new series. Sorry Archie, but, despite an amusing lyric, that makes 'Dead Funny' no laughing matter.
