Another cut of urgent noise from Yorkshire. O Fracas come to warn us of the dangers of following Sue, with twirling guitar feedback and the odd honk thrown in for good measure. It’s yer typical spiky guitar mash-up backed with rumbling beats. But it runs along at such a speed you hardly notice, but thankfully the dynamic improves with repeated listens. Flipside 'Tarn at Ten' is more of the same, perhaps a tad more pop with lil’ quiet interludes, the vocalist sounding even more like a desperate puppy, albeit a snarling one. Does the business, though you get the impression they’d be better live.
