Now there's an image for you. And there's a quite a moustache for you too. Senior, the larger man of the Junior Senior partnership, is truly a sight to behold. After a lengthy period of being dowsed with the chic 45 collection from the effervescent Queens of Noize - dubbed by one Ms C Love as 'most righteous bitches' - on come Junior (guitar) and Senior (warm-hearted absurdity) and inject a Danish mix of pop delight, funk fun-house and 80s headgear (visors).

Love it or hate it, we get a double helping of Jacko-inspired summertime single 'Move Your Feet', by the sheer will of the crowd, plus some ebullient runs through the shoulder-shaking 'C'mon' and an ultra camped-up 'Shake Your Coconuts'. Can anything really be taken seriously here? Nej, is the definitive answer, particularly when you see the Sideshow-Bob barnet of the bass player - complimented with an Otto Man style backwards baseball cap - and hear such playful gender-conflict lyrics as "Boys boys boys are handsome and tall/ Girls girls girls are nasty and small/ I said hey gay, get out of my way/ I said hey straight, you're always too late!" from 'Chicks and Dicks'.

A palpable, passionate atmosphere has been stirred up by the time the performance amalgamates into, what seems to be - but probably is not - a Scouse homage of 'Twist and Shout', that thrillingly mutates into Salt 'n' Pepa's 'Push It' and back again, to the added delight of all involved.

In all, for illogicality, and for joyous joviality, the 'Niors certainly put on one hell of a good party; hair and sweat included.
