Gary Barlow, Robert Plant: the grumpiest men in music

The men who are never happy about anything

  • Gary Barlow: The X Factor judge and Take That man has seemingly thrown his toys out of his pram by ignoring calls and messages from his talent show bosses. Barlow has reacted badly after his act Carolynne Poole was booted off the ITV singing show.

Today seems to have been a very grumpy day for some men in music. Gary Barlow is not happy about the X Factor, Robert Plant squashes a journalist in New York and Morrissey still hates the Royals. Gigwise is therefore taking some the time to look at other grumpy men in music...

These men are often just outspoken about things they really don't like but seriously guys is there really any need to be that grumpy?!

From Barlow to Morrissey these stars have made quite a name for themselves in the music industry but it's their grouchiness that you can't help but laugh about. Fair enough the men in question do have a right to their opinions given the millions of records they have collectively sold, however a smile wouldn't go a miss boys!
