Neil Young sober for a year - who else is teetotal?
- Steven Tyler - The Aerosmith frontman has spoken out about his battle with drugs: "[Drugs] took my children away, it took my band away, it took my marriages away, and I was on my knees." Tyler, who has been to rehab "five or six times," recently told Ellen DeGeneres, "I don't want to go back to that place ... I take [my sobriety] seriously."

Neil Young has announced that he has been sober for a year, and revealed that he did so in order to write his autobiography and to simply see what being teetoal was like.
He has also revealed that he has begun to ponder qutting music, so we're not totally sure the choice to ditch drink and drugs will be such a good idea in the long run. But if Young does stay on the wagon, he'll be in good company - since some of the biggest stars in rock are also staunch non-drinkers. Everyone round to Florence Welch's house for tea and biscuits.
