Lady Gaga has made her mark on the perfume world - and indeed her own body - by getting a tattoo on the back of her head in front of fans at her New York fragrance launch. See photos of the event below.
Gaga was the centre of attention as she presented her fragrance 'Fame' to the world, arriving on stage inside a replica of the perfume bottle and getting a tattoo on the back of her heard whilst live on stage. As you can see, the tattoo shows a cherub with angel wings and is placed directly on the back of Gaga's head.
Earlier this week Gaga revealed she had shaved part of her head, stating that it was a tribute to her fried Terry Richardson, whose mother has recently passed away.
Gaga staged her elaborate Fame launch inside the Guggenheim Museum on New York's Upper East Side and was attended by Yoko Ono, Marc Jacobs, Paris Hilton, Michael Strahan, Jason Wu and Lindsay Lohan.
Reports state that Gaga played songs by Edith Piaf and David Bowie whilst inside the glass bottle replica and that Kanye West's song 'Mercy' was playing as she got her tattoo.
