Madonna is facing a lawsuit over the use of a horn section in her 1990 single 'Vogue'.
Record label VMG Salsoul have stated that the horns heard on the famous single are, in fact, lifted from Salsoul Orchestra's 'Chicago Bus Stop (Ooh, I Love It)', recorded in 1975.
TMZ has attained papers from the lawsuit, in which VMG claim that Madonna took the sample for free and that they failed to receive any money from the susequent millions the track made.
VMG Salsoul are claiming copyright infringement and are demanding unspecified damages.
Madonna is currently on a tour of Europe, most recently weeping on stage in Berlin.
