Liam Gallagher and his Beady Eye collective performed classic Oasis tracks at their Stone Roses warm-up gig last night in Warrington.

Beady Eye played a triumphant warm-up gig last night in preparation for their Saturday night support slot at Stone Roses show at Heaton Park.

The 12 song set at Warrington’s Parr Hall surprisingly didn’t include the two most recent Beady Eye singles 'Millionaire' or 'The Beat Goes On' but instead did include Liam-penned song 'World Not Set In Stone' and revisited the Oasis back catalogue for the first time as Beady Eye. Noel Gallagher-written 'Rock 'n' Roll Star' and 'Morning Glory' were performed.

Their Saturday slot will see the band join the likes of The Wailers, Professor Green and Hollie Cook in support of Manchester legends, The Stone Roses.
