This weekend sees the long awaited live return of The Stone Roses to live UK shows, as the legendary band perform three nights at Manchester's Heaton Park. Support comes from The Vaccines, Beady Eye and Professor Green - among others.

The reunion has caused huge excitement in indie circles, as the influential band are considered by many as one of the UK's finest acts of all time. The band announced their reunion in October 2011, but earlier the same year were strongly denying it would happen, with Ian Brown saying: "There's more chance of me re-forming Happy Mondays than The Stone Roses," when questioned previously about the rumoured reunion.
