- Billy Corgan: Returning with new record 'Oceania', Corgan has employed the age old promotional trick of criticising another massive band. He called Yorke and his band 'pompous' and expressed outrage at people considering Jonny Greenwood of more musical merit than Ritchie Blackwood of Deep Purple.

Another week, another rollercoaster seven days in the world of music. We hope you made it through unscathed - unlike some of the biggest names in music, who have suffered somewhat over the past week...
Some have suffered physical damage - such as black eyes and cut chins, while some have been hit in the pocket, with one boyband star being delcared bankrupt. Elsewhere, a rock and roll icon has foolishly slagged off Radiohead - offending thier legion of fans in the process. Silly man.
