Becoming a rock and roll star isn't as easy as it looks - it's just a shame no one told this crop of pop stars. It would have saved a lot of embarassment in the long run...
Whether it's because they're trying to cross all music genres or just believe they are genuinely rock and roll, these pop stars need to stick to what they know - and leave the rock to the professionals. Adding a heavy metal riff to your pop hit, sliping into a leather cat suit and clutching an electric guitar whilst straddling on a Harley Davidson, does not a rock star make. And don't get us started on the hand gestures (Dappy, Alexandra Burke - we're looking at you).
