The singer chalked up five warrants for misdemeanour charges for indecent exposure, two counts of open public profanity and one of public drunkenness. His most infamous actions on stage were described as "Lewd and lascivious behavior in public by exposing his private parts and by simulating masturbation and oral copulation."

Willis Earl Beal has been reportedly arrested in the Netherlands due to claims he kicked a homeless man in the face after he heckled his performance during a show. The solo star bragged about the incident on stage and continued to call another audience member a 'pr**k' for similarly jeering at the performer.

However this is not the most violent attack a music star has been arrested for to date. Rising recognition can be seen as a huge influence, musicians are given drugs, booze or even trip on power, when they believe they can defy the law. In most of these instances, the star involved is forgiven.
