The third and final day of The Great Escape 2012 closed another year for the festival with more of the biggest new bands and hotly-tipped indie upstarts taking to the various stages across the picturesque seaside town of Brighton.

Thursday saw performances from the likes of Friends, Django Django - while Maximo Park and Mystery Jets provided the big name headliners. Friday saw Citizens!, Spector, Alt-J and Temper Trap thrill music fans with their innovative indie sounds.
