It can't be too difficult being Adele at the moment. At just 23 the London singer is moving out of her £7 million Surrey mansion into modest £2.5 million Brighton pad.
Adele recently rented a ten-bedroom mansion in Sussex but is reportedly moving out as she believes it to be haunted
A source told the Sun: 'Adele fell in love with the house she's buying immediately. It's not as big as the rented place but it's beautiful and they have a gorgeous sea view.'
Meanwhile, Adele would be the perfect choice to sing the theme tune on the next James Bond film, according to movie fans.
The singer beat the likes of Muse and Foo Fighters to come out top in a recent poll conducted by by entertainment website IGN.com.
