Daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Kelly rose to fame through 'The Osbournes', one of the original reality shows that opened the doors for such sickophantic sickliness as the Kardashians. Kelly had a brief stab at a pop career, but swiftly decided it was a bad idea. The reason she is on this list is for having a big mouth, constantly spouting obnoxious L.A. vacuousness from every pore. Oh and she had the audacity to call Christina Aguilera fat.
