With those January blues well and truly set in we thought we'd give you a little bit of hope!

2011 delivered some crackers of albums from The Horrors' 'Skying', Florence And The Machine's 'Ceremonials' and PJ Harvey's - 'Let England Shake.

With the Maccabees superb new album 'Given To The Wild' released today (January 9) it seems 2012 is set to top last year.

Gigwise has put together a list of the most anticipated albums of 2012 from Muse, Queens Of The Stone Age to Sleigh Bells.
