One of the benefits in the downfall of profits in music sales is that the business model has changed to incorporate more live shows. Which as a direct result has led to more gigs than ever this year with some huge names coming out of the woodwork to reclaim their money.
We've had Foo Fighters, Beyonce, Bjork and a whole host of music giants jet set their way over to the UK in order to reclaim the accolades they were granted so long ago.
It's also led to a weeding out of sorts with certain artists losing the plot on their touring schedules, Empire Of The Sun had a shit fit on stage, Kanye West bombed at the Big Chill and well Rihanna seems to be on a bit of a downward spiral. All in all it's been highly amusing for all concerned.
But we are not concerned with the funnies, here we have the top 25 gigs of the year as voted for by you. Now let's go pat each other on the back...
