The Streets are an iconic group that have in many ways defined a large portion of the last decade in music. All the way from the release of 'Has It Come To This' in 2000 to 'Computers And Blues' in 2011, they are a group that should never be forgotten.
Few bands have ever embodied such a brutal honesty in reflecting on current events, whilst finding both mainstream and cult success. Skinner himself is both enigma and an open book through his music "pushing things forward" definitively at every step.
Over the weekend the group played their last ever show at Skegness' Big Reunion Festival, closing their career in a suitable amount of furore.
It is not all doom and gloom however as his new project D.O.T are set to debut later this week...
