October 08 2011 - The Smashing Pumpkins last night took to the stage of Amsterdam's Heieneken music hall on the European leg of their 'Other Side Of Kaleidyscope' tour.
Previewing new material from the upcoming 'Oceania' album, alongside a library of back in the day classics, has fans righteously excited for the return one of the most influential of the 90s.
Acting as a warm-up to a more extensive tour early next year as well as for the release of The Smashing Pumpkins first release since 2007's Zeitgeist, there is certainly cause to be excited.
The end of this week sees Billy Corgan and company, hop over on the ferry for a week of UK dates including two nights at London's Brixton Academy.
