November 07 2011 - Gothic rockers Evanescene slayed Manchester Apollo in the northern city last night in front of a legion of their most loyal fans.
The Grammy Award band - known for their breakout hit 'Bring Me To Life' - were touring in support of their latest album, the self titled release that came out earlier this year.
The album was the first in five years, since 'The Open Door' was released in 2006, and has gained plaudits for revitalising the band - even debuting at number one spot in the Billboard 200.
The band played a large number of new material, including lead single 'What You Want', but with a few oldies thrown in for good measure.
