Music's favourite frontman Freddie Mercury would be celebrating his 65th birthday today (September 5).
Freddie may have passed away nearly twenty years ago but his legacy and musical greatness lives on. Constantly cited as one of the greatest frontmen of all time, Mercury has inspired countless artists and bands.
Mercury died of bronchopneumonia brought on by AIDS on November 24 in 1991 - just one day after publicly acknowledging he had the disease.
Our tribute includes details about Freddie's musical achievements, relationships and his love of cats.
