With Sonisphere Festival set to descend upon the UK this weekend (July 8-10), Gigwise takes a look at the best 25 acts to catch at this year's event at Knebworth.

As one of the only festivals able to boast two main stages with no band clashes, Sonisphere will see the likes of Slipknot, Weezer, Limp Bizkit and Biffy Clyro placed alongside The Mars Volta, All Time Low, Opeth and what looks set to be an incredible performance from Bill Bailey.

The festival will also play host to the 'Big Four' - Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth and Anthrax - all on the same stage as Friday night's headliners, and will be the first time all four bands have played together in the UK.
