Glastonbury Festival 2011: Photos From Day One With U2, Radiohead

June 24 2011 - U2 made their first-ever appearance at the Glastonbury festival as they headlined the Pyramid Stage on Friday.

The Irish band delighted fans with a career-spanning set on a day which also saw a surprise set from Radiohead on the Park Stage.

Other bands featured in Gigwise’s photo gallery include Brother, Biffy Clyro, Cage The Elephant and Primal Scream, who headlined the Other Stage.
