As another week zooms by, it's time once again for Gigwise to bring you a round-up of the news from the last seven days in bite-sized portions - just how you like it.

It’s still a week away, but there’s been lots of Royal Wedding gossip in the music world, with Nicki MInaj flying in especially for the big day.

There have also been new line-up additions to T In The Park, while Glastonbury has now official sold out. Kanye West also headlined Coachella in California.

On a sad note, this week also saw the tragic death of TV On The Radio’s Gerard Smith, who passed away following a battle with lung cancer.
