January 21 and 22 2011 - Manic Street Preachers played their rescheduled dates at London’s Brixton Academy at the weekend.
The Welsh band were forced to postpone the shows in October after singer James Dean Bradfield was taken unwell with acute laryngitis.
The shows on Friday (January 21) and Saturday (22) saw Manic Street Preachers delivery a hit filled spectacle to two sold-out crowds at the South London venue.
Their set included tracks from new album ‘Postcards From A Young Man’, as well as hits like ‘A Design For Life’, ‘Some Kind Of Nothingness’ and ‘If You Tolerate This Your Children Will Be Next’.
