From Blur To Coachella: The Biggest Music News Stories This Week (Jan 22)
It’s Friday again, which means its that time of the week when we round-up some of the biggest news stories from the music world over the last seven days.
We always like to kick off the week in style here at Gigwise, and this week was no different when we exclusively revealed that Blur “definitely” planned to do something together in 2011.
We also looked on in awe as Coachella festival announced a line-up that includes Kanye West and The Strokes on the same night, and dismay as Dr Dre announced and then retracted his album release date for ‘Detox’. Guns N’ Roses, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Britney Spears also all made headlines.
