January 16 2011 – The Golden Globes kick of awards season at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, and it was a big year for music stars.
Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross took home the award for Best Original Screenplay for The Social Network.
Reznor said it was “surreal” to win the prize for the film, which tells the story of the founding of the social-networking website Facebook.
The hit US TV show Glee also won three awards, including Best TV Musical or Comedy. All the big names were present in Hollywood, including Twilight's Robert Pattinson, Colin Firth, who won Best Actor, Megan Fox, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.
