It's one of the best jobs in the world, but that doesn't stop some music stars from finding themselves stuck behind bars.

As George Michael continues his recent sentence for driving while under the influence of drugs, Gigwise has taken a look at some other high-profile offenders and the crimes that have seen them serve time.

Our countdown includes serial offenders like Pete Doherty, who has found himself twice behind bars, and wrong-place-wrong-time rappers like Lil' Wayne and T.I.

And there's even an appearance from Ian Brown, who was jailed in 1998 for threatening an air stewardess with plastic cutlery.

george Micheal should well be free, there's nowt wrong cruisin for men in bogs, a bit seedy like, but it's no biggie with two consenters innit. And goerge is an open minded musician, wham were pretty good when upbeat too.

Yes but he is in jail at the moment, for driving under the influence of drugs. Which is illegal! so its beside the point if its a bit "seedy" to look for men in the toliets

If the greek one was cruisin for men in his car, getting stoned, he's just a victim of circumstance. Smoking the shit makes you drive slower mate. Free Georgios NOW! He did'nt butt no-one like a nasty piece of work in his little berghaus kidder. Get it.
