Metallica, Alice In Chains and the late Jimmy 'The Rev' Sullivan were all big winners at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards in Los Angeles last night.
Alice in Chains scooped arguably the two biggest prizes of the night at the Club Nokia ceremony, scooping the Album Of The Year gong for 'Black Gives Way To Blue' and the Comeback Of The Year award.
Metallica were crowned Best Live Band while Avenged Sevenfold's Jimmy 'The Rev' Sullivan, who died aged 28 in December, was named Best Drummer.
Other winners included Ronnie James Dio (Best Vocalist), Lemmy Kilmister (Revolver Golden Gods Lifetime Achievement Award) and Maria Brink (Hottest Chick In Metal).
However, it was Lemmy, Slash and Dave Grohl's performance of The Motorhead classic 'Ace Of Spades' that stole the entire show.
