Noel Fielding and Julian Barratt, stars of The Mighty Boosh, have revealed they are working on a new album and film version of the hit TV show.
They refused to discuss the project in detail, but Fielding told BBC Newsbeat both were expected “hopefully next year”.
Barratt said the pair's new material had been inspired by the forthcoming film Bunny and the Bull, which they both appear in.
"We try and do, on TV, quite magical epic journeys and we thought if you're doing a film we should really do it in one room, basically just kind of a sitcom for 90 minutes,” he said.
"So we might do that. We might do exactly what we didn't do on TV."
Fielding, who plays Vice Noir, and Barratt have so far made three television series of the hit BBC show.
They have also embarked on two nationwide live tours and last year curated The Mighty Boosh festival together in Kent.
