    • I totally agree! The Mercury Prize is supposed celebrate the most innovative, ground-breaking and talented musicians Britain has to offer, how could the possibly leave out Oasis....oh wait hold on a second....

    • It doesn't surprise me they're not on the list, not because Dig Out Your Soul was a bad album (on the contrary) but because the music industry seem to make a big deal out of ignoring Oasis, they could release an album as good as Definitely Maybe tomorrow and it still wouldn't get nominated. The music industry seems to be very snobbish when it comes to Oasis, just look how they've not had any Brit Award nominations for years.
