Michael Jackson has employed Incredible hulk actor Lou Ferrigno to help him get ready for his comeback gigs in London, according to reports.
Ferrigno is set to work with Jackson on his fitness at his home in Los Angeles before the concerts begin next month.
However, Jackson has apparently refused to lift weights as part his new regime because he doesn't want to develop muscle.
Instead, Ferrigno, a former Mr Universe, is tasked with conditioning the star for his dance routines.
“He likes me — he feels safe with me, he feels protected,” Ferringo reportedly told The Sun newspaper. “He was nervous about people looking at him when he was training.”
Jackson has faced increasing speculation about his health ahead of the gigs, with some reports claiming he weighs less than 9st.
The King of Pop is currently rehearsing in Los Angeles for his 50-night concert residency, which begins in July 13.
The singer has not performed a full concert since he was cleared of child molestation charges in 2005.
His last full tour, entitled HIStory, took place in 1996 and '97.
