Lily Allen Calls The BNP 'Racist, Homophobic Nazis'

Lily Allen has hit out at the British National Party, calling them “racist, homophobic Nazis.”

The singer made the comments about the far-right group while performing at The Hordern Pavilion in Sydney.

Just before singing the aptly titled '**** You', Allen said: "I wrote this song about the BNP. It's been a very sad week for British politics. Two BNP politicians have won seats in the European Parliament.

"It's shocking that people are actually voting for these ****ing racist, homophobic Nazis."

Earlier this week Jon McClure give away an anti-BNP song called 'The People Shaper' in protest at Nick Griffin and Andrew Brons gaining seats in the North West and Yorkshire.

    • Lily Allen is entitled to her opinion, just as you are entitled to your own opinion. I'm not sure why you say its pointless saying that in Australia? Everyone in the arena got it. It may not be relevant to us, but she didn't say it was. She was just explaining about the inspiration for the song.
