Modern artist Daniel Edwards hit the headlines in 2006 when he unveiled this sculpture of Britney Spears giving birth to her son Sean Preston. Titled 'Monument to Pro-Life: The Birth of Sean Preston', Edwards explained that it was a critique of Spears putting her career ahead of childbirth as she actually had a caesarian section rather than a natural birth, as depicted here. From the rear, you can actually see the baby's head coming out of Britney's vagina.
