Spinal Tap have confirmed that they will play this year's Galstonbury festival as part of a pair of shows in the UK.
As previously reported the actors turned musicians will also play a one night only world tour at Wembley Arena on June 30.
The band explained that they had hoped to organise a full tour but other commitments meant they couldn't all perform at the same time.
Christopher Guest told the Philadelphia Daily News: "To be honest, we couldn't get that together. But we will do a couple of 'Tap shows in Britain, at Wembley Arena and the Glastonbury festival."
Spinal Tap will release the album 'Back From The Dead' on June 15.
